Herbert W. Auger is the founding partner of Auger & Auger Law Firm. Since graduating law school in 1990, Mr. Auger limited his practice to representing victims of personal injury claims. Mr. Auger began his legal career working with a large law firm in New York City representing client's with serious personal injuries including Automobile, Bus and Truck Accidents, Construction Site Accidents, Slip and Fall Claims, Product Liability, and Medical, Dental and Hospital Malpractice In 1994, Mr. Auger relocated his practice of law to Charlotte and continues to limit his practice to the representation of the victims of personal injury claims.

Mr. Auger received his B.A. in Accounting from Long Island University at C.W. Post in 1987. He obtained his law degree from Touro College, Jacob D. Fuchsberg Law Center in 1990.

Mr. Auger is licensed to practice law in 4 states. He was admitted to the Connecticut State Bar in 1990; New York State Bar in 1991; North Carolina Bar in 1994 and the Florida Bar in 1996. He is also admitted to the U.S. District Court, Eastern and Southern Districts of New York.

Mr. Auger is a member of the following legal organizations: Mecklenburg County Bar, North Carolina State Bar Association, North Carolina Academy of Trial Lawyers; The Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the New York State Bar Association.
